Please read our returns policy carefully before ordering.
All Sales Are Final
Because our products are aftermarket accessories, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size or color selection, or buyer's remorse. Please confirm compatibility with your watch model and double-check your color and model selections before completing your order.
The Only Exception: Defective or Damaged on Arrival
We will accept a return only if your item arrives defective or damaged. To qualify, you must:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and clear photos showing the defect or damage
- Return the item unused and in its original packaging
If your claim is approved, we'll repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion, and we'll cover return shipping for verified defective or damaged items.

Not Eligible
Items that have been installed, worn, or modified, and any request made after the 7-day window, are not eligible. Please confirm fit and compatibility before installing.
