Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Times
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 8–15 business days

Please note these are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $189 CAD.

Order Tracking
When your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
