We stand behind the quality of our products against manufacturing defects and shipping damage, under the terms below.
What's Covered
Warranty replacements are available only for items that arrive damaged or defective. To qualify, the item must be:
- Brand new and unused
- Reported within 7 days of delivery
- Accompanied by your order number and clear photos showing the damage or defect
If your claim is approved, we'll provide a replacement of the same item.
What's Not Covered
- Any item that has been installed, worn, or used
- Claims made more than 7 days after delivery
- Normal wear and tear, scratches, or fading from use
- Damage from improper installation, misuse, accidents, or water exposure
- Change of mind, or wrong model/color selection
- Loss or theft
How to Make a Claim
Email modz.watch@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the brand-new, unused item.

Our products are aftermarket accessories designed to be compatible with the watches listed in each product description. Watch Modz is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any watch manufacturer.
